Cheers! I am working on a collection of knives (both as tools and as weapons) and I wonder if there are finds of smaller sized knives (for carving and other use)? I have already made the blade and I am working on the handle. My focus is on Continental La Téne Celts (Hungary); 300 bc- 200 bc.
The new handmade celtic pocket knife, blade is 2 inches high carbon steel and the grip 3 inches out of dark European oak, took me about 2 hours in total to make the whole knife. It took me about 30 min to forge the blade. It for some reason the base of the blade has rust. Hope you like it! (The links above)
